Ottawa September 2018 Real Estate Insights Newsletter

Welcome Back, Fall.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “Sad to see you go, Summer.” -Anna
August Rewind: Happy first day of fall! Last month we celebrated the opening of our newest downtown office location at 222 Somerset St, off of Elgin last month. It was a great way to end the summer!

What does this mean? This means I now have more locations to better serve clients from. This also means that I’ll now be accepting pumpkin spice latte drop-offs at my new office. Hooray!

The leaves are changing and so is the real estate market…

Welcome to your mid-September Ottawa real estate e-newsletter. We’ve celebrated a record-breaking summer with real estate sales being higher than it’s been in the past decade. WOAH is right.

With fall here, we’ve officially approached our last hottest real estate season of the year. Only a few more prime weeks of apple-picking and real estate shopping! If you know someone’s who’s considering buying or selling this year, now is the time.

Psst.. hey you!
Yes, you. Guess what? I got a new business Instagram page! Check it out here.
Things to do around town this month!
